”The property was immaculate and honestly such a pleasant surprise when opening the door. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The only drawbacks on this occasion were the bedding and the property surroundings. The bedding had hairs and dirt marks across the covers and sheets which was quite unpleasant. The building itself you can tell was fully refurbished and completely new, which was a real highlight. The downside of that was that there is still construction around the property...

”We liked the location, the modern decor of the cabin and the pool and beach access. Parking was impossible to get into and the 2nd bedroom had a thick steel ladder blocking the double bed in a tiny room. The bathroom was too small.”

Bear in mind this is not a hotel or even a managed apartment - you *must* phone ahead of time to pre-arrange access. ”Really nice apartment centrally located in The Junction, Newcastle. Clean comfortable tastefully renovated. Everything you need is included, and the lock up garage with remote control door is a bonus!! 5 minute walk to pub, restaurants & cafes, & Coles. 10 minutes walk to beaches. Highly recommend”

”This place is perfect for groups of families and/or friends - it has all of the things you need for a group of 15-20, including a great kitchen / dining setup, lots of communal space, indoor and outdoor areas, etc. We lovoed the hot tub and the hamper on arrival was great. Would definitely stay again.”

”The property is very comfortable. It had been left in a welcoming way for our arrival. It seemed more spacious than the pictures suggested. The bed is good. There is almost everything you could need.(could've done with a smaller saucepan a couple of times.) Would've appreciated more sound insulation from the street (rowdies from pub couple of nights and traffic). Beutiful sea front and beaches with good food out lets. Convenient shops and public transport. Loads to do and see in and around...

”Loved our stay at Flourish on Bull. The house was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities you would need for a nice stay. It was close to some great pubs and places to eat, as well as near a nice shopping district. Definitely will keep it in our books if we’re at Newcastle again! Thanks! ”

”Booked apartment for overnight stay in Newcastle, Got a call explaining I had to pick up keys in a different location that was in a difficult area to get to, I did this, I paid a large deposit that is not mentioned anywhere in booking details, the deposit was refunded upon return of the keys to the very difficult to get to hotel in Honeysuckle, a highly populated, extremely high traffic area . My opinion , disaster of a way to do things. Get a key lock box at property, it’s 2024 ”
