Room key did not work the first time so I had to go back to the front desk to have it reissued, however this happened another two times while we were there. Also wifi in the room did not work either. We asked the front desk and he said that someone is on his way. We waited for about an hour and I called front desk again and finally the technician showed up, but he could not resolve the problem and he said he will come back. But he never showed up. We had to go down to the lobby and finally we were able to connect to the internet. The front desk agent was not very helpful at all and he was not very apologetic about this issue.
After we checked out and came home, I checked my visa statement and there was a charge of $6.35 on my account. They charged me for two bottles of water, which looked like a complimentary however if you read the label carefully they are free for the membership and for any other guests they are $3.00 each. This was so unbelievable since the water is the Costco water. I have mistakenly took a bottle thinking it’s complimentary, but they charged me for two bottles instead of one. I have complained to the hotel directly and now I have received reimbursement for this, and kind enough that they reimbursed for two bottles of water instead for one.
I still think they should make these bottles of water complimentary for all the guests.
