WE ARE MERKITTAA Bourbon Streetille - KESKITÄ sijaitsee Quarterin alueella, erittäin turvallisessa rakennuksessa, jossa on lukittu pääsisäänkäynti. KAUNIS TULOS, täysin varustettu, tuo vain päivittäistavarat! COMFORTABLY nukkuu 4, mutta mahtuu 5/6 queen size tyynyn ilmapatja!

VUOKRAUS SISÄLTÄÄ ILMAISEN PYSÄYTTÖÖN 24/7 PARKINTOAINEEN (yksi ajoneuvo)! JEE! Autotalli on nurkan takana, henkilökunta on ympäri vuorokauden ja hyvin valaistu. Huomaa: autotalli ei sisällä hissiä. Jos sinulla on liikkuvuusongelmia, pyydä, että olet poistunut rakennuksen sisäänkäynnistä ennen kuin auto on pysäköity. Rakennukseen pääsee pyörätuolilla.

TÄYDELLINEN ILMOITUS: Makuuhuoneen ja olohuoneen tiili seinään takaisin yökerhoon - olet kaupungin sydämessä ja hyvin, se on NOLA :) Tarjoamme runsaasti korvatulppia, mutta saatat kuulla vaimennettuja ääniä. Yökerho asensi äänieristystä hiljattain sateiden jälkeen romahtamalla katonsa niin melu on MINIMAL. Mutta tämä on asukas paikallisten keskuudessa. Vaikka et ehkä saa "Hyatt hiljaa", sinut siunataan kuuroa hiljaisuudella aamulla (ei roska-autoja klo 3!) kunnes tulet paikasta - vaikka se ei ole vasta klo 16!

Kotimme on tupakointitila / NO VAPING / NO PETS -huoneisto; tupakoi / vape ulkona atriumissa tai vain katolla. Emme salli puolueita tai lemmikkejä. Juhlat ovat kiistanalaisia - hahaha.

Löydät kävelyetäisyydellä maailmankuuluja ravintoloita, paraatioreittejä, Bourbon St., Jackson Square ja Ranskan markkinoita. Ja olemme lyhyen taksimatkan päässä Arena, Mercedes Benz Superdome ja Convention Center.

Vieraat pysähtyvät usein "kotiin" päivän aikana keskitetyn sijaintimme ansiosta, mikä tarjoaa kätevän rentoutumisen ennen kuin lähdet ulos! Voit myös viettää aikaa ulko-oven ulkopuolella olevalla patio-pöydällä, rentoutuen viileän juoman ja / tai hyvän kirjan kanssa.

Great!
Beautifully decorated apartment. Looked just like all the pictures, or even better. Michelle made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Just a note about noise from the nearby bar. It’s loud & thumping. Michelle provides earplugs, but I brought a small fan for the bedside that made enough noise to block it out. We will definitely book again!

Such a blast!
Husband and I booked the stay for some reconnect-alone time. This location was an 8 min walk to a cute & cozy day spa called Riverdale Day Spa. A 7 min walk to Pierre Maspero’s (super great food), not to mention you can trek all across the quarter — while not being in the smack middle of it (which is good for those of us that don’t care to stay in the crowd). The accommodations were darling and it was perfect for our rest and reset. The apartment shares the building with a nightclub, which would go until 3-4am some nights, but it did not bother us at all. Michelle is amazing and very on top of communication and will address your every need. Highly recommend!

Fun Home away from Home property!
Every detail is in place to make your stay at this property as comfortable as your own home! The informational packet is loaded with information you need about the Condo and to navigate New Orleans with ease! Even detailed walking maps for how to get to places of interest! Much appreciated the food and tour recommendations as well! The decor and Mardi Gras tree in the living room was a fun festive touch! Cant wait to come back!

Charming and safe in the French Quarter!
It was everything the host said it would be. It was walking distance to a lot of the main sights. It was a little crazy a half a block away on Bourbon St., yet it felt safe and secure in her little oasis. She provides all the information you could ever need and more!

Wonderful Place in NOLA
We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights in NOLA at this fantastic condo. The location was less than a block from Bourbon Street. The building is so unique and the condo was perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed during our stay. Michelle provided all information needed to access the condo and parking in tremendous detail! She was also VERY responsive to any questions I had. My husband and I will definitely stay here again when we return. I have already recommended Michelle’s condo to my sister-in-law. Michelle mentions a club/bar next door so guests are fully aware prior to booking. It was not noisy at all and none of us had an issue with the noise. I highly recommend this condo. She also has a condo in Orange Beach that we are going to check out when we visit Gulf Shores/Orange Beach again!

Great property and location
The condo was well maintained, clean, comfortable and safe. I stayed here as a solo female for a work trip and I couldn’t have been happier. Huge perks were the parking included in the price (most hotels are $45-60/per night in this area) and the AMAZING communication and directions by the host. I know the listing mentions loud music but I routinely sleep with low level white noise and never even noticed.

Anniversary getaway
Great location! The property manger was so attentive and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Loved the free wheelin bike tour! The location is steps from everything in the quarter. Definitely could hear the loud music at night, but that’s totally worth it for the location and the well kept place! Very happy with everything about our stay.

Our host was great to communicate with . She made she we knew everything from how to park and drop off since parking was a 2 -4min walk from the apartment . It was so cozy and comfortable. Even at night you could go up top and see Bourbon St if you just wanted to relax and not walk . Kids loved all The activities around they could choose from. I like the fact we don’t need to drive walking was the easiest to everything . Will Stay again for sure

Perfect Hostess
We have booked stays with VRBO many times. Never have we had a more organized hostess who communicated clearly. Michelle reached out to us after booking to clarify some aspects of the booking. The property shared a wall with a nightclub, and she wanted to be sure we were okay with the noise coming from there. So I came prepared with strategies to block the music; good earplugs, white noise apps etc. Noise during the week was negligible, but be prepared for loud weekends with music lasting into the wee hours. Shortly before our trip, we received an apartment key and building fob accompanied by clear instructions on how to access the building. There was also a prepaid mailer for returning the key after our trip. Michele never bothered us, but she made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. She responded to our texts within minutes! She was a hostess extrodinaire! The apartment was cute and well furnished. I was amazed at all she provided from laundry detergent to shampoo, soaps, coffee creamers, sugar etc. If we ran out of anything, Michelle would immediately have it refilled. The location in the French Quarter was perfect, just around the quarter from Bourbon, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, easy access to busses and streetcars. This was a good place to spend our 2 weeks. The only drawback was the level of noise heard through the walls. But we had been warned! We highly recommend renting from Michelle!

This place was great! The location was wonderful for walking all over French Quarter and was secure and safe. Having the parking garage included was a huge bonus for us and it was just around the corner. Michelle was amazing with her information and instructions. She thought of everything!

Michelle was very accommodating with everything I asked from her, answered all my question quickly and was very available to contact. I also appreciated all the detailed information she sent. Location was great, and had easy access to everything you’ll want to do in the French Quarter. A perfect place to come and go throughout the day. I usually stay in hotels during my trips to New Orleans, and decided to switch things up. I’m very happy I did. It was homey, and had more than what three people needed to be comfortable. The muffled noise from the bar was probably at a peak during my Mardi Gras stay, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Parking was a breeze and close by, with easy access to go back to the car. (I’ve seen NOLA parking garages not be very accommodating) it is a walk up, but easy, nonetheless. I look forward to staying here in future visits.

Unbeatable location, security, and host
The location of this apartment was perfect! It's only a block off of Bourbon Street, but it is off-street, secure, and quiet. Michelle was excellent at communication and planning, reaching out to us at booking, prior to arrival, and at arrival to provide information and make sure everything was going well. The apartment had everything we needed on arrival and was clean and tidy. The décor definitely screams New Orleans style, which also made us happy. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Perfect location and beautiful place
This was our first trip to NOLA, and Michelle was absolutely wonderful to help with any questions and suggestions we had. Communication was top notch, easy and the instructions for our stay were very clear. The apartment is so nicely decorated and put us in the mood to enjoy the city! The location was perfect! Except for the plantation tours we walked everywhere, and we were able to stop back to unload leftovers or change clothes before heading back out. They do have stairs and an elevator in case you're tired from walking. Thank you for the tea kettle, as many places accommodate only coffee drinkers, so I appreciated that. We enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood, and are looking forward to coming again.
