”The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I did report my issue with no hot water for the shower. It was after 9:00 PM and they offered to have someone look at it, but I know the issue is the shower valve pressure balancer and they would have to move me to a new room. Since I was leaving early in the morning I just did a sponge bath using the sink (sink had hot water). ”
