”Lovely hotel with free parking and a bus stop across.
12 mins into the city centre
Friendly staff
Great breakfast
Spacious rooms
Little disappointed as only 1 tea bag and 1 pk of biscuits on arrival. This could be rectified easy by going to reception but just a little inconvenient at the time
Overall a good stay and would recommend”

”I stopped at this hotel for 2 nights and I was very impressed! We stayed in one of the executive double rooms which was a good size, clean and modern. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent as was the evening meal we had. We used the hotel as a base to visit Haworth & Hebden Bridge which is about 45 minutes away. The hotel show's as a 3 star but I believe this rating doesn't do the hotel justice! The only reason it has this rating is due to not having a lift. I would defiantly recommend this...

”Whilst the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the room was very tired. There were no power sockets near the beds, so we were unable to charge our phones. The room did not have air conditioning and so was incredibly hot. This was in September, I dread to think how hot it would have been in the height of summer”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...
