”Everything about our stay was very good. Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Large bath with very hot water . Kettle with tea, coffee , biscuits etc , hairdryer and iron.
Dinner was good and the breakfasts were freshly prepared. We enjoyed our drinks in the bar and the prices were very reasonable. Staff Lovely and friendly, will certainly think of returning. ”

”Given the price we paid, I expected more.
It says parking, but that is hit and miss, with parking permits issued, but several cars in the car park without them and therefore difficulty finding a space.
The room although quite well presented was very small, more of the size I would have expected for a single room, not double.
It was hot weather I know, but even with a fan running all the time, the temperature was unbearable and the window had restricted opening.
The hot water temperature needs...

”Excellent value for money, lovely clean property, staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good would definitely recommend. We have tea in the restaurant on the night too and that was really good. We were going to Roundhay Festival and it was ideal location only 20 mins in Uber.”
