"This was out 3rd stay at Westlodge: 2014, 2019 and 2024. We keep coming back due to its quality. It's obviously under new management since our last visit. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. Breakfast was lovely and of good quality. If I could give 4.5 I would. I just feel the standard has slipped since our last visit. "What a gem! Deceptive from the front - the small entrance opens into an amazing botanical garden. Anna-Lize is a delightful, attentive and helpful host. The rooms are well thought out, well-equipped even with plates, microwaves and fridges. Smashing breakfast! Lovely pool. Great value. What more could we ask for. "

"Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard. There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night. Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day. Need to commend...

"Brilliant stay. Margrit was more than helpful and welcoming. She upgraded our room to Honeymoon suite. The room was beautiful, well furnished and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The service was very good from both Margrit and the ladies working with her. "
