Löysit helmen!Täysin remontoitu päätaso. Keittiö w / kvartsi työtasot ja metro laatta. Huippuluokan LVF. Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Marmorinen suihku omistajan kylpyammeessa, jossa on 2 suihkupäätä. Erota hänen kaapinsa makuuhuoneessa. Laatoitettu suihku toisessa kylpy / kvartsi työtasossa. Jaettu pohjapiirros. Ääninäkymät kodin takaa. Kaksi peitettyä kannet. Alakerrassa on 4. makuuhuone, pelihuone, vaatehuone ja täysi kylpyamme / kylpyamme. Best of both worlds
We loved being right in the bay and just a walk across the street to the “big waves” :) The entire family loved the house and everything that came with it. Checkin and checkout process was amazingly easy.

Family Vacation
We traveled to Navarre for the first time June 2024 with our adult children and grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful city and the house was the perfect place for our family. We loved the sunsets from the porch, fishing from the pier and swimming in the bay from the private beach. We packed up and went to the public beach one day but the seaweed, or June Grass per the locals, was too much for us so we happilly went back to our little private beach with no seaweed! The house was roomy, well equipped with towels, games and beach equipment. Beds are comfy, house and linens are clean,AC works very well. Neighbors are friendly! Check in, Check out is a breeze. It could use some updated kitchen utensils and a coutertop ice maker would be a great addition. I would highly recommend!! We are already planning a return visit!

We had the best time! Everyone had so much fun. We loved how close things were to do and also how much was available at the house if we just wanted to stay there. Loved our private beach! This was probably the favorite part for us.

A lot of house!
We rented the house for the month of February. It is big and spacious. We loved the private beach and the amenities the agency provided with the rental. We utilized the bicycles often and even tried out the paddle boards. However, the weather was not the best during our stay. I also loved that I could walk across the street to the ocean side. The house is in need of some updates, such as some of the curtains were stained, some of the shades no longer worked correctly and the bathroom sink in the master bath was constantly plugged up. Once the agency was contacted about the sink, they sent someone to try to repair it quickly. Additionally, the close neighbors had approximately a dozen cameras on their house, some pointing in the rental's direction, that I found concerning and uncomfortable, however they were a lovely older couple, and I am sure there was nothing to be alarmed about, but it just was enough for me not to take advantage of tanning on the beach. Also, there were 4/5 houses being built in close proximity to the rental, so a lot of construction sounds during the day, as well as navigating around construction vehicles in the road. these are just minor issues, that will be easily fixed/finished and should not deter someone from renting this beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate from renting it again in the future.

Family birthday trip
We rented the house to celebrate my husbands 35th birthday. Our family of 5, another family of 4, and another family of 3 fit comfortably in the house! The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy! The house was well equipped for kids of all ages! Would highly recommend staying here!

Family Reunion
We had 13 people staying at the house, all adults except a 16 yo and 11 yo. It was very comfortable and the convenience of the nearby stores and walk to the ocean was great. There were a few minor issues that needs to be addressed as far a maintenance, but told management and received reply that they will be addressed. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Terrific stay
We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Navarre Beach. The house was beautiful ( with a few minor problems) and was more than adequate for 13 of us that included children age 3-14 . The private beach made all the difference. A few slight improvement would be an armchair in the living room for any elderly or infirm guest. A tidy up of the furniture on the deck and the sliding doors in our bedroom didn’t slide. So only minor but they would have made a difference. I would stay in Seascape again without any hesitation.

This property was fabulous! Very clean and lots of room. Downstairs had ping pong, foosball, dart board and PacMan. We played volleyball on our private beach. We would enjoy coming back!

Great week in Navarre
We rented this house for our family and friends. We had plenty of room for everyone. While it could use a little updating outside, the inside was very nice overall. We did have a few issues, but the property management was in constant communication and handled everything professionally.
