Allerdings hatte Expedia den Rechnungsbetrag, der letztes Jahr im Dezember von mir beglichen wurde, nicht an das Hotel weitergeleitet. ”We had a friendly welcome to the hotel. The owners took time to chat, which has not been the norm. It is very secure with inside parking. Car washing was offered. We didnt get the triple room that we had booked, but the room offered had a huge double bed in a spacious room that was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower. ”Wir haben im Eagles View Chalets für zwei Tage übernachtet. Es war absolut grandios!!!! Dieses Panorama was man von Bett aus sehen kann direkt vor der eigenen Tür. Ein Grillplatz der seines gleich sucht!! Das Personal was liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit ist!! Es war wirklich ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Chalets liegen etwa 7km entfernt völlig einsam. ”Quite far from the civilization but not far enough to get there. Some parts of the way are tricky to drive when you are not going with a 4WD car as we've done. Nice view of animals living there (rhinoceros and gepards) and some other wild animals might come to the waterhole. As we got an upgrade in a newly built House the 2 nights there were really great!! The dinner is also recommendable!”

”Very nice and cozy hotel/guest house. The host very friendly and helpful. The common area was really nice. Hotel room was fantastic with nice bathroom and very nice and big bed, and very quiet area so you had a good nice sleep. The breakfast was amazing, good coffee and tasty omelet. Definitely not the last time I stay there if I’m in Walvis Bay. Highly recommended and a big thumbs up from my side. 👍😀”

"Good, but nothing extra. Only 2 plugs in the room (1 European, 1 Nam) far from the bed. Breakfast was varied but not very tasty. One morning they were out of everything (breads, yogurt, muesli, fruit, warm food like potatoes and sausages, coffee, the coffee machine was empty as well). Took me over half an hour to finally be ready to eat. The breakfast room is very noisy as well. One morning the cleaner tried to come in at 8, I was still asleep, took me ages to convince her to come back later. Their roof bar/restaurant isn't the best in town either, try Sky bar at Hilton. In general not the best value for money but okay (Hilton is nicer in every aspect). "
