”The location of the hotel was good, about 10-15min walk from the train or water bus stations. It was right along one of the main passageways, while still being far enough to avoid most of the noise. The room was modern, clean, and had a nice view. Unfortunately the AC seemed to be "heating only". The check-in process was done via WhatsApp, which felt sketchy at first, but ended up working well enough. Especially for the price, I will surely check if this hotel is available when I'm visiting...

”Unfortunately the hotel was not nice and relaxing days by the pool as we thought. There were parties for kids every day and they were running and screaming until around one at night. And the walls did not silence the sound. No air conditioning. Poor breakfast. Location in the middle of nowhere, luckily quite close to the airport. The staff was somewhat okey. Would not recommend and was not worth the money. ”

”My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!”

”Hotel bien situé à 5mn a pieds de la gare. Chambre spacieuses avec machine à café. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. Nous avions pris deux chambres, une donnait sur la rue, spacieuse et lumineuse. L'autre donnait sur un mur , obligé d'allumer les lumières en plein jour. Le point vraiment négatif est le bruit, les chambres étant très très mal isolées, on entendait le voisin ronflé ! Moyen pour un 4 etoiles.”

Very peaceful area, no services like restaurants or shops nearby but hotel has own restaurant and in Lido there is many restaurants etc. We loved staying here and making trips to Venice and other islands and villages.”

”Mukava ja siisti paikka ihan Venetsian kainalossa. Positiivinen yllätys. Deluxe bungalow oli oikein siisti, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa oli omat wc/suihkutilat. Paikasta oli kätevä bussikuljetus Venetsiaan (2,5e/suunta). Bussikuljetuksen päätepysäkin vierestä (tai yltä) meni ns. ’People mover-juna lähemmäksi ydintä. Ainoa miinus oli, että lähialueiden liikenteen kohina jatkui läpi yön ja se kuului bungalowiin, mutta saimme kyllä siitäkin huolimatta nukuttua hyvin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja...

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
