It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. ”We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again. ”

”Listing is just as described, great views and comfy accommodations. They even had robes! We found the guidebook helpful and appreciate that they included the Red Rocks parking pass. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just as promised when we arrived. ”

Not worth it anymore

"This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. The place seems to attract younger crowd thesedays. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Sedona has so many nice hotels so there is no short of options."
