”Beautiful clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths making it large enough for a big family. There are neighbors but you’d never know when sitting out on the large deck. It seems so secluded. Joel answered all my questions and when there was a problem with VRBO he went out of his way and fixed the issue. Had a great and successful week at this hideaway home.”

”The house is pretty small and bathrooms are really dated but the location is amazing. The owners/hosts were amazing as well. The neighborhood isn’t great but it didn’t matter at all. Very close to one of the most amazing hikes we went on. Highly recommend any properties these folks have. ”

”Fantastic house, with all amenities. Literally walking distance to all Uptown Sedona activities. 5 min drive to Jordan Trail Head. Super clean, own private parking. The house is EXACTLY as in the photos—beautiful views of Red Rocks from front porch. Genna provided fast and friendly communication.I highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Sedona.”

”The house was beautiful but some areas need attention. The pool could have been cleaned prior to arrival and the stone facing needs to be replaced that are missing. The pool area should have a least two lounge chaises. The internet was not working therefore no television and minimal cell service. We arrived on Saturday and no service until Monday afternoon ”

”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable.
