”We arrived at 3 pm but the room was unavailable so we had to wait till 4:15 pm to get the room. Although the wait was pleasant enough with snacks, we realised that the reception had forgotten about us and it was only after we approached them again that they ‘remembered’ we were waiting for over an hour! After that initial glitch, the rest of the stay was fabulous! The facilities are exceptional and the service top notch! The staff are gracious and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding,...

”Excellent choice for visiting Mumbai. Juhu is nicely located on the coast and all attractions and parts of the city are easily accessible by road or rail (Vile Parle station). The hotel is at the beach and the comfortable and large pool area offers a view and access to the beach with beautiful sunsets. even if a bit more expensive, the hotel seems to be in its own class in Juhu area. The airport is close but the noise does not disturb. The staff is friendly and did their utmost to make our stay...
