”The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property.
