”This home was more than perfect for our stay in Exuma! The views from the house and back deck were stunning. The fact that we could walk out of the house and jump in the water to snorkel made the trip even better! The house is stocked with everything one could need for their vacay. The beds were super comfortable. And they have a great library of DVD's to watch at night :) Lisa and Frank were so accommodating and helpful through the entire process. We will definitely be back again!”

”We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!”

The view is breath taking, the outdoor patio furniture wonderful, quick walk to the beach with all the chairs, kayaks, stand up paddle boards you could need. The beach is very quiet, only a few others around. The house is beautiful with comfortable bedding and linens, a well equipped kitchen and cozy family room to watch movies. ”This house was so well equipped. It had so many floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for the pool and beach. We had board games and books inside. We had a play pen for the baby to sleep in. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day. The nearby grocery store was good. The property manager wouod answer me within less than 4 minute response time. You need this house in your life. The beach is so amazing there is no need to go explore other beaches. You made it to pure paradise.”

”Beautifully appointed house, with an incredible ocean view, anchored by the best outdoor area with an infinity pool. Relaxing, refreshing, and the perfect place to decompress and forget about the rat race. We had eleven in our party including five teenagers and the house accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed a couple of boat rides, snorkeling, paddle boarding, among so many fun things. Heather was great and I highly recommend the Sandbar! I hope we go back in the future!”

”We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. ”We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great.
