”Room had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and it would have been helpful to have the kids sleeping explained to us. The staff and service was exceptional with a great breakfast option with something for each of us. As a recommendation it would be helpful to have a drying area for wet swimwear. We would definitely book and stay again. ”

”We felt we didn’t know where things were. When we asked for a map at reception they didn’t have one. Generally, more information was required in the room so that guests can make the most of their stay. Daily cleaning services were excellent. Minor maintenance issues - toilet seat loose and sliding sideways and electric PowerPoint came out of wall when removing phone charger plug and created potential safety issue. ”

”A disgrace - old, run down, and dirty - what a shame: this place used to be quite decent but has been left to rot / highly recommend giving it a miss / the crocodiles have been “relocated” and the monkeys have been shot - doors are missing and/or don’t close, shower water doesn’t drain … I know it’s a third world country, but this place should be condemned ”
