”Excellent place! We easily fit 6 people- one on the cot, one on the large couch, and 4 in VERY comfortable beds. The open concept main area and kitchen was so nice for hanging out, cooking, and eating. It’s great for pets because there’s a fenced i in backyard. We walked to the golf course and ate at the resteraunt. Very enjoyable experience overall and the value for the money was unreal !”

”My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait...

”From the first communication with Shari, I knew this would be a good visit. What I didn't realize was how magical the experience would be. Shari welcomed us to the house and gave us a bit of history. It was the perfect setting for celebrating the Christmas holidays with family: my son and daughter-in-law, their newborn son, my elderly in-laws, and my DIL's parents. Many happy memories were made in this historical house on the river. It was a visit we will never forget!”

”We chose this property because of it's location between Indianapolis and Chicago, as half our group was coming from each city. The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.”
