”The bed was very comfortable and it was in a convenient location. Unfortunately I had read about the facilities correctly so didn't realise it was shared bathrooms and lounge. Consequently we were unprepared for that. The lounge area was straight outside our door and some people were very noisy.”

”Lovely calm and peaceful hotel set in beautiful vineyards. Very comfortable room (slightly overdone air con), great service and good breakfast. Easy location to get to lots of destinations of interest. Highly recommend.”

”Very happy with our brief stay...the room was very clean and had everything required. Personally would like a firmer mattress, but this was our only gripe. We didnt use the lounge or kitchen facilities but they did seem to cater for all needs. Wonderful location and easy walk to cafes and beach.”

”Lovely room in big house with shared spaces. Michael was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was welcoming and understanding when we arrived late. Loved the layout and design of the house, I can see it being easy to share with others. I will say the Wotif ad was a little confusing, saying things like "this room has a private patio/balcony" which is untrue, but the shared outdoor space was lovely. ”

”The property is neat and clean on the first day, but if you are staying more than one day, you have to stay in the dirty room with no housekeeping. No Bin, no iron, no table, no hair dryer, no microwave for the food; the photo on the website for breakfast is fake, and the view is not real apart from the lounge. 1947 old style TV, not internet is working; if you are paying $1000 for two nights, then its not worth while, host is nice, but amenities are below average.”

”Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location.”
