The host have lovingly kept the craftsman cottage charm while updating this local historic home with coastal-farm vibe. From the Southern front porch we listened to a live band at the gazebo on nearby Front Street. We enjoyed our daily visits from the Muscovy ducks and their ducklings. Locals and visitors were careful to drive slow...

”We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!”

”The best little house I've ever seen! It was cozy, a short stroll to the beach, and well located! Since it's a peaceful, quiet location, we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. The beds were tidy and comfortable. Everything you need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen. You can use the extra games and toys while you're there. It was, in fact, my favorite so far! The host provided everything we could possibly need! Overall a GREAT PLACE TO VACATION! We are ready to go back and will be returning!!”

Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. It’s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring.”
