”A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.”

”The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. ”

”Bra planløsning med 2 soverom på hver sin side av leiligheten. Behagelig seng, stor bad og stue. Gratis parkeringsplass rett utenfor. Gåavstand til sentrum. Leiligheten er i toppetasjen (4.) og det er ingen heis, kanskje eneste minus til de som skal ha med seg tunge kofferter. ”

”Could have been great, but the apartment was not clean when we arrived (hair in the shower, dirty floor and sofas). Called and got told that cleaning will arrive the next day. But no one came. ”

”A very nice and quit hotel apartment with an excellent location almost in the center of Brno, only 5-6 minutes far from the main railway station. The apartment consisted of two quite big rooms and bathroom. The hotel had no breakfast room; you had to eat the breakfast in a cafe in the center or you could do it yourself (there was a good kitchen in the apartment). An excellent alternative for an independent traveller.”
