”I was a last minute check-in, which was a little problematic, as they had sorry of closed for the evening. I was told that this is their not busy season, but I would still expect an establishment such as that to be open past six. Minor issue with the windows, where I had to close them from outside to avoid mosquitoes. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. If not for those inconveniences I mentioned, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. ”

”We appreciated the natural setting and the steps to preserve nature and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching all of the beautiful fish and rays, wow! Loved the beautiful views and water access. We also loved the rustic but elegant vibe of the decor. Every piece looked carefully chosen and fit perfectly. The bed and linens were amazing and comfortable. The waterfront bungalow we stayed in was well equipped for us to make breakfast and snacks. So peaceful!!! A slice of paradise. ”

”Our stay at the hotel was really good! The standard room was not really spacious but it was clean and nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was good but a little more pricey than in other hotels near by. The breakfast was really good! We especially enjoyed a kayak ride to see the sharks and rays few hundred meters from the hotel. Otherwise snorkeling next to the beach does not offer much compared to Hilton or especially Sofitel. ”

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...
