”Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. ”

”About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

”The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was when we went down to breakfast they were out of coffee and some of the juices. No one checked on those. It was a nice quiet hotel to stay in.”

”Longtime staffers Beth + Amanda genuinely happy + helpful, a real blessing for work travellers. Old, well maintained hotel, peaceful, two 18-wheel, very tight curb parking. Bowling alley/pub grub next door. Great place, quiet. Shhh, don't tell anyone, keep this our little secret.”

”My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

”Maybe my expectations were high, considering the high price of the rooms and the fact it’s a well-known hotel. We checked in, made it all the way up to our room and our key didn’t work. I walked down to the desk, they made me a new one, I went back to the room and again it didn’t work. I asked staff if they had a direct line to call if I had more issues and they told me I needed to call from the room (which I obviously couldn’t enter). ”Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price”

”The rooms were very clean ad the bed comfortable. The towels were not a great quality which made them scratchy. Amenities in the room ok. Common areas, other than the breakfast room, were not air conditioned. As it was very hot outside made walking in the hallway uncomfortable. The outside of the building and grounds needed work.
