”The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good with warm items and staff was welcoming. The bedroom was not super clean especially the bathroom floor which clearly had not Been mopped or vacuumed.”

”The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!”

”The property was so clean and the breakfast staff and maids were always wiping things down. The check-in ladies were great and very helpful. The only downfall was you had to book two nights online and they price was very high because of activities in town. I was very surprised that so many rooms were empty. I think because they made you book two nights and really high for small town.”

”This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.”

”My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

”It was very outdated, smelled and was unclean. The cleaning lady was helpful but apologetic about the conditions. The pictures on the website are misleading.”

”We take a yearly trip to Canada. On our way home we stay here every year (halfway point). Rooms are consistently clean. Staff are amazing. This year we had an issue with a friend's trailer. The staff allowed us to leave trailer in lot well beyond check out as we traveled back to Minneapolis to get another trailer. Assured us that video would capture anything around our trailer. No issues as area is in a safe area. Always felt very welcome here. Pool and hot tub are always clean, welcome...

”When I arrived, the hotel smelled very clean. There was someone at the front desk to help me right away and it was an easy process. The breakfast offered hot and cold options. I would stay at this hotel again.”

”The entire building stunk like cigarettes, including our non-smoking room. We couldn’t get the smell out even with Febreeze. The kind sized bed was super hard, like extra extra firm. Our shoulders were very sore in the morning. The air conditioner did not operate correctly, and no matter how we set it, it stayed very cold and no additional blankets were in the room.
