"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is located beautifully on a hill side overlooking the Kotor Bay, in between Kotor and Tivat. The driving distances were short, but the complex itself is pretty far from places by foot. We had a 2-bedroom condo, nice and spacious but in need for some new decoration/renewal."

"Podgorica was a lively and friendly town and this hotel was a great way to stay. Room was clean, had a good air conditioning and was was spacy enough. Maybe it would have been even better with one chair less and more empty floor space 😊 Staff was super friendly and helped with our problems more than they would have needed! Pool area was amazing compared to price of room. Parking was easy. Overall great experience. "

"My boyfriend and I had planned to stay at the hotel for four days. However, we encountered several issues. The receptionist seemed annoyed during check-in, and once in the room, we found that the air conditioning and TV were not working correctly. Moreover, the room was infested with bugs, including large ones in the toilet and one falling onto my boyfriend's head from the old ceiling. The hotel's location on top of a nightclub playing loud 90's music was also aggravating (forget about sleeping at night). Adding to all this, the bed sheets were filthy and had bedbugs. We decided to leave after only 8 hours and move to a 5-star hotel outside the old town, costing us 800 euros and a vacation day. Although a staff member at the reception expressed understanding and said he would see what he could do, we did not receive any refunds. It was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. I recommend the Hyatt or the Huma Bay if you are looking for alternatives."

"For a 4-star hotel you would not expect a tiny backdoor balcony in a shadow facing a junkayard with thrown away things including old tyres + a view to the neighbouring building's ugly bad condtioned wall two metres away. Otherwise the hotel was tidy. The breakfast was quite nice and the boys in the reception were helpful. Cleaning was first class. The location with a walking distance to the beach and the old town was nice. If you consider booking this hotel, I recommend to choose better than a standard room. Assume that premium rooms had bigger balconies facing the pool area and view towards the beach, not with a sea view though. "
