"Next to perfect! One recommendation to guarantee that the excellent status will remain also for the future: the maintenance of small details, e.g. the door to bathroom had cracks in the bottom. Easy job for a skilled handyman / carpenter. And the bathroom tabile would be better to change to porcelaine, because the current wooden material 'sucks' water, Some bubbles existed already. The joint between the washbasin and the wall was partly worn away and water was leaking into the hole between the wall and the washbasin. Now a small problem to fix, but after a year or so there may be mould damage between the washbasin and the wall."
