”Best place we've stayed at during our Europe trip. It was nice to finally get a room with proper working AC (2 mini splits in the room to be exact). Restroom and shower were a good size as well. Location was great. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. It was a breath of fresh air during our trip since all the other places were always hot and very tiny. Room was also very clean.”

”Excellent location. Short walk from the Firenze Campo Marte station & then 10-15min walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore & surrounding restaurants & other places of interest. Pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine that I didn't see listed on the property details. Bedrooms were huge, whole place was extremely clean on arrival and again every day of our stay. They even provided us with a replacement clothes washing liquid when it had ran out, the private outside area was...

”The location was inconvenient. The wall air conditioning unit was unable to generate cold air, so we used it as a fan and opened the window at night. There was no soap in the bathroom. Three lightbulbs were missing (two by the bed and one in the bathroom). This place has potential to be nice. It was clean.”
