”Can’t beat the location - minutes To a lot of the main sites, shopping and restaurants. Very private and secured, the rooms were very clean, updated and quiet. We felt very happy there. My only recommendation would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes while taking a shower other than that fabulous. Highly recommend and staff helpful when needed.”

”There was a fridge and AC in the room which was nice. Check-in desk was friendly, we actually checked in like an hour early and when checking out we checked out 15 minutes late, not charged and were able to drop our bags with a bathroom available in the lobby. The area felt safe at night and there was nothing to complain about. There were larger recycling and trash available on the second floor outside the rooms which was useful to not have so much trash accumulate. There did end up being some...

”The location was inconvenient. The wall air conditioning unit was unable to generate cold air, so we used it as a fan and opened the window at night. There was no soap in the bathroom. Three lightbulbs were missing (two by the bed and one in the bathroom). This place has potential to be nice. It was clean.”

”It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful...

”Habitación limpia, baño recién remodelado pero tiene un olor fuerte a drenaje. Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso.
