”My brothers and I came to visit our mom. House was clean and comfortable. A Very nice house. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of the dogs next door. To be expected in a subdivision. We thought the pots and pans were due to be replaced and a couple dish cloths to clean the countertops and wash dishes with. The dishwasher was not working properly. Overall a nice place to have a great visit with family. ”

”We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! ”

”My family spent a week here over Christmas while visiting family in Riverbank, Oakdale, and Waterford. It was nicely located on the edge of town and convenient for getting around. The house was well appointed and tidy - holiday dinner prep in the kitchen was easy. Would recommend. ”
