Quintana -tila tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen, hiljaisen, hevosurheilun ilmapiirin vain 30 minuutin päässä Minneapolisin keskustasta! Quintana-maatilalla on erinomainen sijainti lähellä Minneapolis-asemaa, vain 20 minuutin päässä MSP: n kansainväliseltä lentokentältä, 10 minuutin päässä Paisley-puistosta ja 25 minuuttia Vikings-stadionille!
Koti on hiljattain uusittu jaettu taso, jossa on neljä makuuhuonetta, kaksi uutta kylpyhuonetta, TV / huvihuone, kaksi oleskelutilaa, muodollinen ruokasali, iso keittiö ja upeat näkymät sekä yläkerran olohuoneelta että neljän vuodenajan kuistilta! Suurella kiinnitetyllä kahden hengen autotallissa ja erinomaisella lisäpysäköintialueella voimme majoittaa kaikenlaisia kokoontumisia.
Voit halutessasi venyttää jalkasi noin kahden mailin päähän paikan päällä olevista kävelyreiteistä ja nauttia lintujen ja muiden villieläinten lajista, jotka kutsuvat maatilaa kotonaan. Kasvatamme täysirotuisia hevosia ja siellä on aina kokea peuroja, fasaaneja, ankkoja, hanhia, minkki, majavia, pesukarhuja ja muita tyypillisiä Minnesotan villieläimiä!
Chaska, lyhyen viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä, tarjoaa monia nähtävyyksiä. Upouusi uimakompleksi, curling-keskus, antiikkiliikkeet ja fantastinen valikoima ravintoloita. Chaska on viehättävä keskilännen yhteisö, joka yhdistää historian ja modernit mukavuudet.

Quiet home on the farm
Nice country farm views of the nearby corn fields ready to to harvested, horse corals and the changing leaves. Easy check in. Had plenty of room for our family and everything we needed. Nice having a bag of coffee/ creamers there on our arrival. Could use a new coffee pot though.

Quiet Secluded Family Home
This is a very nice property located in the middle of farm land. Very Quiet, clean and comfortable. It worked out great for our families and that we were attending a wedding in the area and we are form out of town. Gave us a fabulous place to gather, relax and get ready for the festivities. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a quiet place to relax.

Family friendly farm
Like Grandma's house in the country. :) Owners were not super responsive, but communicated all the essentials. Four of us stayed two nights, before and after participating in the We Walk event in Mayer, MN. It was nice to be able to prepare a simple pre-event dinner and breakfast for ourselves. Beds were comfy. Kitchen amenities are basic - the only "foods" provided are coffee, non-dairy creamer and S/P. Plenty of sleeping space, but only two bathrooms, so maybe it wouldn't be the best for getting a large group all ready simultaneously. Uber driver was very excited to see the countryside, especially the ostriches/emus down the road! :)

Communication was sketchy. We couldn’t get in and had to wait over an hour to hear from owner. Also, suggest leaving notes on Wi-Fi password, places to eat, what to do on check out, etc.;

GREAT STAY
Was visiting the area for a family function. This was a short drive for us from where the daily festivities were held. Nice quiet area. House was clean for the most part. I'm kind of a neat freak so tend to see things others may not. We had a nice stay and would rent again.

Easy access to Waconia and outer western Twin Cities
The rural farm house worked perfectly for our grown family of 10 (kids and their spouses plus grandchildren). Comfortable and spacious home for two events (Lola run in Waconia and a bridal shower on site) over a weekend stay. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Would definitely stay there again.

Birthday Gals!!
Celebrated a couple birthdays with 7 gals. We had plenty of space & enjoyed our time here. A couple of us went walking around through the field of which we also enjoyed. We basically only were there for breakfast & sleeping as we had shows that we attended. Communication was great & everything was sufficient for us!! No horses were there when we stayed but they clearly board horses. We enjoyed our time & appreciated getting in early to decorate a bit. Thanks so much!!

Lovely remote location
The location is in the middle of farmlands with beautiful views and sunrises/sunsets. There weren’t many amenities, like shampoo, conditioner or soap. I was also expecting a hair dryer based on the listing and there wasn’t one. Plenty of towels and plenty of space for the family.

Peaceful setting
We booked this VRBO at the last minute and it was such a blessing. Beautifully situated amongst the rolling cornfields of the Minnesota country, it gave us a quiet and spacious place to land. It accommodated all nine of us well. We loved visiting the horses, especially our two-year-old son. The sun room was a common place everybody hung out too. Only minor inconvenience was we ran out of toilet paper, but we were replenished that day. Highly recommend booking this place.

Relaxing stay.
Beautiful and relaxing setting in quintessential MN farm country. We really enjoyed going down to pet the horses. Spacious and comfortable house. A little musty smelling at first, but that aired out. Good supply of dishes, silverware, and nice knives. Could have used more cookware and bakeware. There was an existing problem with the downstairs plumbing, and some minor cleanliness issues, but Dave addressed them immediately and they were corrected. Otherwise the house was clean. It took a couple of days to resolve a problem with the WiFi, but Dave worked diligently on it. Dave and Melissa offered a generous refund to compensate for the issues. There was no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board as listed on the amenities, and the airport is closer to 30 min away when the traffic is minimal to moderate. VRBO was supposed to provide check-in instructions, but we ended up contacting Melissa, and she apologized for that and responded promptly. Dave and Melissa were both very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely rent the property again.

Interesting Time...
This was my first time using VRBO and the experience has been interesting... We were looking for somewhere to stay for the weekend that was close to my nephews wedding site and this property was in a good location. Upon booking and messaging Melissa, we didn't hear from her until the night before we were to arrive at the property even though we tried contacting her several times. She finally messaged me with an apology and the information we needed to get into the house. The property itself was nice enough and the home was clean and we were comfortable with the exception of a few things. We could not watch the television due to problems with Dish Network. I messaged Melissa who had no idea what the problem was and asked us to call Dave the owner. My brother (who used to install Dish years ago) talked to Dave and told him he needs to call and have Dish come and repair the satellite. Dave asked my brother if he could do it since he didn't understand/know how to fix Dish. My brother basically spent almost two hours checking to make sure none of the cables were cut, nothing was blocking the satellite, and talking to/convincing Dish that 1) he was calling with the owners permission and 2) the problem was not in the cable/internet/wifi - the satellite needed to be replaced. Dish finally agreed to send out a repairman on the day we were scheduled to leave. Dave thanked my brother and promised us a partial refund for all the trouble (as of date we have not received it but no worries!) We were going to buy some DVD's but we never found the DVD player... There were a few of us that needed to iron our wedding outfits but we never found the iron... Dish showed up and replaced the satellite a few minutes before we left for home... Like I stated earlier we were just staying there as we celebrated my nephews wedding and we really didn't sweat the small stuff. Everyone had fun and enjoyed themselves and the lack of a timely response, a refund, a t.v, a iron, and a DVD player did not impede our joy, it just made for an interesting time...

Spacious
The property was reserved far in advance of our need for it and as the date approached I kept checking for check in and check out information. Apparently, there was a system error but I was contacted by Melissa in time for our visit. The property was perfect for our family of 10. We were very comfortable and not cramped. The home was clean and welcoming. It was very cold outside but we were warm inside.

My family spent Saturday at the Renaissance Festival, which is about 15 minutes from this home. We enjoyed the quiet location. The house was shiny clean and inviting. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We never received a contract, owners were hard to contact, weeds were over grown inl land scape.
We were not happy with VRBO WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!! Property was ok not vary near land scape over grown weeds and grass they clam they tailer to large gathering and we were told 2 hours before my girlfriend 50th birthday party that we can not have a party her . The told us that VRBO told her to call the police and have us removed from her property and they said no partys were allowed it says it in the contract which we never received they took our money and that was it . Never heard from them again till a few day before we were supposed to check in and we told them that we never received a contract or anything. We DO NOT RECOMMEND VBRO OR THIS PROPERTY FIND SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!
