”We have been to the Mill over the years, but not since the change of owners and Covid. The evening food was good, but the room was very tired and I would of expected more for the price. The breakfast range again a bit limited and the veggie sausages were still cold when they arrived even though we had waited 20 minutes for them. Also the carpark was a separate charge of £12 per night, which we were not made aware on booking, but we had to pay on arrival.”

”Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. ”

”LOVELY HOTEL JUST HAD A MAJOR REFURB. ALL THE PUBLIC AREA'S WERE LOVELY. OUR ROOM WAS EXCELLENT. DECOR WAS NICE. WE HAD A WONDEFUL BREAKFAST.. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE LENGHT OF TIME IT TOOK TO CHECK IN. WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. WE NEEDED TO LEAVE OUR BAGS. PLUS THE FACT YOU COULD NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 4PM. MOST HOTELS IT 3PM. ”

”Hotellissa on erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Siellä on viihtyisät huoneet. Ainoa miinus tulee kokolattiamatosta, joka hieman aiheuttaa huoneessa tunkkaisuutta, mutta senkin kanssa pärjäsimme hyvin. Lisäksi hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja sieltä oli mukavaa piipahtaa ostoksille, koska ostokset oli helppo kiikuttaa välillä hotellille. Hotellilta on kävelymatka rautatieasemalle, joten junillekkin oli helppo menneä. Suosittelen ilolla muillekkin tätä hotellia.”

”One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour. Breakfast was excellent with good staff making sure all my needs were catered for. Hotel, although redecorated is showing a lot of signs that it is old and dated. There was cracked pavers...

”I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...
