Wonderful Experience
This unit was perfect for a one month stay. Well-equipped for the stay. Amazing patio with view of ocean and beach. Board walk was first class. Long walks available in both directions. Both sunrise and sunset viewing. Strongly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful holiday
We spent two weeks here, location is perfect for walking on the boardwalk to restaurants in Cabopino or the other way to Max Beach. Luna beach and Pirates are very close by and we ate in there a lot too. The pool outside is very well maintained and the beach is just outside. We will miss listening to the waves sitting outside on the balcony. The apartment is in a beautiful secure complex with free parking just outside. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved our time here
Great apartment in a fantastic spot right on the beach. Considering it was height of summer it’s close enough to everything but far enough away to still have a peaceful relaxing time. The apartment was spotless but I marked it a 4 due to guests rather than owners as the couch has been marked by people not obviously sitting on the comfortable sofa with sun lotion on or something as there was some slight marks. Not the owners fault. Would recommend this place to anybody who loves the sound of the sea and watching the world go by. Beautiful pool and the gardens are well kept and never busy. Everything was great. Definitely stay again.

Very tired, in need of refurbishment & new bedding.
Advertised as stunning, but in need of a refurb. Photos cleverly taken ( quite a long time ago we think). Pillows smelly and thin. No proper beddingz. Stained mattress. Towels small & thin. Sofa dirty looking & smelled sweaty. Mattress stained. Suspicious stains on cushions. Washing machine smelled and was full of black mould. No black out blind in front bedroom & there’s a street light outside. Dirty & broken rattan furniture on balcony. In our opinion not worth the nightly rate charged. Positives: Good location.

Fabulous
Fabulous apartment & location. We spent 4 weeks enjoying the bars, restaurants & marina which are all close by. The boardwalk is excellent for walking up & down the coastline. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished & equipped. We spent many happy hours on the balcony watching the sea views. Lidl & Mercadona are an easy walk. Solfinders were extremely helpful and easy to deal with - thanks Lynne.

A Perfect Location with an Ocean View
This was our second time staying at this Royal Beach apartment. The apartment was well equipped and suited all our needs during our stay. The location is excellent. A beautiful boardwalk that follows the ocean is directly in front of the apartment complex and it is close to a grocery store, numerous beach bars, restaurants and the bus route. We never rented a car during our two stays and found the local transit systems convenient and reliable.

Wonderful Apartment
This was a wonderful, a bit away from busy areas, two bedroom/two bath apartment. It was very clean and well appointed. We didn't have any issues with parking immediately outside the apartment with our rental car. The little chiringito next to the complex had great mojitos (of all drinks!) and good food. We walked to LIDL easily and drove to little day trips here and there.

Great Week in Calahonda
Lovely apartment in a great location. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Nice restaurant next door (that we used a lot). Bedding (i.e. specifically bottom sheet) could have been better quality as it came off the mattress every night. Overall we had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment.

Great Vistas
A great location with beautiful grounds and pool area easy access to the the beach and local bars and restaurants. The boardwalk is great for getting around the area. Excellent location close to all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay.
This is a very nice apartment in a beautiful complex located on the ocean. The view was amazing. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant stay. The location of this property was excellent, being on the ocean boardwalk with a short walk to a large grocery store and a number of restaurants.

The 2 bedroom apartment was just right for the two of us friends. Easy access to surrounding areas, restaurants, board walk, and buses. I would definitely rent again with some suggestions. 1. Provide instructions on how to run the cooktop and oven. As foreigners, we were unfamiliar with the cooking system, but luckily, with some searching were able to find the cooktop and oven directions and translate how to remove the “child lock” on the cooktop! 2. Make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels and any other supplies you think would be included in a vrbo. We had to buy those items. 3. As off season renters, the bedding for the spare bedroom was not warm enough. Either better quilt is needed or spare blankets need to be accessible. 4. I also would suggest that they provide a broom so the place could be swept. 5. Cleaning needs to be thorough - dishes in drawers were dirty, hot pot was nasty with something growing in it, so unusable. Some dishes, glasses dirty as well. Nothing we couldn’t wash by hand and did. Again, a beautiful apartment with some issues to be corrected. We would definitely rent again.
