”Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! I really liked this home because there was no over the top cleaning they wanted done. All they wanted was garbage to be put in the bin in the garage and used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood and host had great communication . ”

”The gentleman I interacted with was pleasant. Overall, the place was modern and very beautiful. I suspect we were the first renters following a significant remodel. Areas not completed Livingroom TV not powered, 1 bedroom toilet without water, 1 restroom no paper. I am pretty sure these items will be addressed quickly enough that subsequent renters will not face them. Other lesser items no kitchen trash bag, coffee pods & sugar but no creamer. The host was excellent with communication, answered all my questions, and was very patient when I couldn’t quite understand how to access the webpage for the rental agreement. The house was very clean and within walking distance of many great places to have lunch. I visit Dallas often, and this property will definitely be one of my favorites to book again in the future.. ”

”My family and I LOVED this place! Very nice, modern, and clean. Loved the open concept space, the outdoor space was WONDERFUL. The family spent most of the time outside in the back, didn’t get a chance to utilize the pool but it was a great view. We used this space to celebrate my son’s graduation, overall 10/10!! The house is beautifully built and decorated. Very clean and well kept. The only thing that got to us a bit is the neighborhood. But of course, that’s not something the host can control. ”We travel to Dallas 1-2 every few years to shop and play. This was a great place to stay for the WNBA game between Dallas Wings and Indiana Fever. Awesome game and fun places to shop! Host was the best! Checked in with us after we checked in to make sure everything was good. Also mailed a small pouch that we left in the bathroom! So helpful and will stay again when in the area. ”
