”The hotel gave me a room with a gorgeous roll top bath as I had requested, so I was very grateful to enjoy a luxurious soak. I also was very happy with the breakfast; you can order anything off their menu, however it was inconvenient that breakfast wasn't served until 8am because I had a to be at a seminar in the centre of Oxford by 9am and I ended up arriving there late. I also could not find the car park so had to pay for the long stay. ”

”Good for a short stay, very basic pub accomodation. Located practically in the middle of nowhere and there's no possibility to go for a walk or a run in the evening. The pub downstairs is good, with reasonably priced food and drinks. Friendly staff. Stayed at the room 12 which at the time of my stay didnd't have any shower! This is unacceptable even temporarily, such room should not be offered at all.”

”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure. The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning. It seemed worn, and there was a scent of unfreshness in the corridors that seemed like too...

”Great accommodation beautiful place. We checked in after 6pm and the front desk staff was lovely guided to our room and told us what was around. We had informed the hotel it was our anniversary and they had beautifully decorated our room. We managed to go to the pool, sauna, jaccuzi and steam room the following morning of our stay which was amazing! It was quiet and wonderful experience. Would definitely come bacj again! ”

”Really nice accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and handy location. Numerous buses go to centre of Oxford and 13 min walk to eateries n shops in Headington. Several nice pubs. Staff at Conifers lovely and go that extra mile to help. Sorted out a taxi for us when we needed one urgently and got them to prioritise us. They were great. They also do breakfast. It is basic, but tasty Will be stopping here lots over next 18 months until our son finishes his medical degree. Reasonably priced for...
