”Except for the dishwasher and washroom locks not working, everything is perfect with this house. It’s in an excellent location, and I will visit again. ”

”The house was spacious and very comfortable. It accommodated 4 adults and 5 x 15-19 year olds with ease. All the modern conveniences were available. The location was lovely. We were far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to town and lovely restaurants that a quick drive or sometimes a walk was all that was needed. Simon was lovely enough to walk us through the house and its modern appointments. Will definately recommend to our wider friends and family.”

”The view from the large patio is amazing. We loved the open plan living area and kitchen. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were adequate and functional. The beds were all comfortable. The spa was a bonus. There was also a new bbq. ”

”We really loved the location as it is on the water with the boat ramp across the road so easy to have the boat moored out the front of the house for our entire stay, there is a great cafe within walking distance and beach area to swim at. The house was great we had 2 families with 4 kids in total and the space of the house was great. Lots of board games and books to use. The bedrooms are huge. The beds are queen size but would have been better if they were King as there is plenty of space for...

”We had a wonderful time at Green Point and Sunset Shores. It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to visit this freshly listed property. It had everything we needed and more for enjoying time indoors and outdoors regardless of the weather. ”The house was great and in an amazing location. There were a few niggly things that could have made our stay more comfortable though. The circuit in the room downstairs kept switching off during the night so the fan kept turning off which made for a very uncomfortable stay for one of the families we were with. I messaged the house manager and he advised it was a known issue, they just didn’t know what was tripping the circuit. It would have been nice to have been told this before or offered...

”We were as wowed on entering and looking out to the view as in the property listing. Lovely quiet neighbourhood added to the pleasantness. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided extra items on request.We were staying to access both Nambucca Heads and Coffs Harbour as old family home and schooling sites, so was an ideal base. The local butchers, bakers coffee places and bowls clubs provided us with lots of lovely foods and dining.”

”Stayed her with the family for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Close to everything as in beach, shops etc. Upstairs was good with 2 rooms and comfy beds. Downstairs, a very small double bed, single bed outside wasn't very comfy either and same with the sofa bed. Otherwise, everything else was good and no issues.”

”For the price we were very happy with this apartment. There is no WiFi and no AC but I dont think it would get hot as its surrounded by trees and its double brick. The balcony was so private and relaxing. parking is perfect as right beside the back door entry. Beds are very comfortable. Its perfect for.the price. will definitely stay here again.”
