”Average but nice prople”

”Sun Mountain Lodge exceeded my expectations. I stayed for a birthday celebration and the staff went out of their way to make it special. We ate at the restaurant three times during our stay; the service and food was wonderful. Views were incredible. Our room was spacious and the fire place was extra cozy. Massage at the spa was great. Can’t say enough good things - I am excited to go back. ”

”Very serene, beautiful setting. Just didn't work well for me not to have running water. For the rather high price of lodging, I wanted a little bit of luxury. Would be perfect for someone who prefers accommodations that are a bit more rustic. ”

”It's rustic. It's got a great theme. Our view was awesome. It was noisy because of other guests in adjoining units. It wasn't overwhelming though. Baseboard heaters makes it a challenge finding the right temperature. Parking can be a bit challenging during the winter. There is a gas station, grocery store, and coffee stand right next door. Overall we always have a good stay.”
