"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the air conditioner was a very nice suprise. Extra thankful for free coffee! Defenedly we are coming back for next time!"

"Huoneessa ei jääkaappia mutta vesi kuului hintaan ja sitä sai lisää. Kylpyhuone remontin tarpeessa ja siellä vain käsisaippua, shampoo ja hoitoaine. Kuumaa vettä ei tullut hanasta, suihkusta kylläkin. Näköala kymmenennestä kerroksesta huikea! Avulias henkilökunta. Ihan ok aamupala. Metroasemalle hieman pitkä kävelymatka. "

"Oikein hieno kokemus. Huone oli todella siisti ja palvelu pelasi mainiosti. Meillä oli huone 6. kerroksessa, ja laukut kuljetettiin ylös asti. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä. Hissien kapasiteetti oli hieman heikko kun toinen oli rikki. Huoneen pinta-ala oli varsin luovasti mitattu, mutta mahduttiin kuitenkin. Hotellin sijainti on liikkumisen kannalta mitä mainioin. Busseja lähtee ihan joka suuntaan ja toki metrolla pääsee."

"We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent. Doormen helpful and polite."
