”Had an issue with lower bedroom A/C unit and it was fixed the next day. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. Property was clean. The house is starting to show its age and at some time will need a little repair but it did not affect our stay. It worked well for our purposes. The owners were very friendly and very responsive.”

”My partner & I had a great vacation in Matagorda with our two dogs and we really enjoyed the rental. We were able to cook all of our own meals in the kitchen and we really enjoyed that. Only word of advice is to bring bug spray because the mosquitos are vicious! But we loved the beach and how nearby it was.”

”We had a great stay. The accommodations were nice and met our needs. The owner was extremely helpful and kind when we needed something specific. The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. ”It is a nice, clean family type atmosphere There really weren't too many kids ( schools not out yet) so we had the nice , clean large pool too our selves at times. Very relaxing. It is close enough to town if you want something to do or there are food truck type eating places that are excellent .
