"The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good. The food option were good! Close by was Spar supermarket and Noodle King which helped a lot. Especially Spar where i purchased chips and salsa and tolietries for my room. Loved that they were close to the U-Bahn train; about a 2 minute walk. And public transportation right outside. The bus line was very close too. Also Westfield mall was very near (walking distance, about 2 minute walk) and great to grab a bite to eat and walk around! Food vendors nearby that had great food options! Only thing I didn't like was that after 10pm the rooftop patio was closed at 10pm because of quiet time. Which to an American is totally weird but in that respective country, I totally understand it! I asked about the countries reason as to why and was given a truthful response! European countries value quiet at night compared to us Americans, we love loud music at all hours. Depends on the event though! Overall great stay in the hotel. Awesome view at the rooftop patio of the Vienna's 22nd district! "

"The hotel is easy to locate and is near public transportation. The hotel staff has been really patient with me as initially I made an error during my booking but were very accommodating when I explained my situation. They tried their best to help me out. Shout out to the friendly and kind staff of Hotel Donaustadt Kragan. Definitely one of the best hotels in the city."

"You can go to nearest P R in 6 minutes which charges 4 eur daily. And then you can reach to center via metro in 15-20 mins. Area is family friendly and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Only negative side is waiting in front of hotel if you arrive outside of working hours. It's better to communicate with hotel in advance to get pin code for keys. Thanks!"

"Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,"
