- De Smidt's Golf Course, which offers 18 beautifully manicured holes, is a few miles down the road.
- Northern Lights Fun Park offers go-karting, miniature golf, an arcade, food and fun, and is only 15 minutes away.
- 30 minutes to Kosir's Rafting which is world renowned for their white water rafting experience.
- Crivitz offers a newly opened "Escape Room", perfect for a rainy day.
- Local ATV trails nearby and direct access to snowmobile trails.

Great vacation getaway!
Beautiful, peaceful vacation home on the water! Perfect getaway for 2 couples! The house is well maintained and has a great retro 70's feel to it! Lots of dark wood and soft carpet, large functional fireplace with plenty of wood, nice firepit and a great dock for your boat! Would definitely recommend and hope to return again! Communicating with the host was super easy and fast response.

Love Love Love
A quiet hidden gem on a dead end road on the Peshtigo River. This home was emaculate, you only have to bring your food and beverages as they have EVERYTHING else you could possibly need. Great location, did some golfing at De Schmidt(fun course), supper club dining at Renes(A+), Farmers Market in town and awesome cool treats at Iceberg food stand. We spent most of our time enjoying the view with cocktails on the dock and floating on the river. It was exactly what we needed and will definitely be back. We didn't want to leave. Convenient get away.
Owners very responsive. Place is well kept up. They seem to think of everything to make the stay pleasurable. Anything we needed or forgot to bring, was on site. Crivitz was 6 miles away if you needed to get groceries or a bite to eat. A great place for custard was The Iceberg in town. Many parks and lakes in the area to explore. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Just what we needed
To say the area was beautiful would be an understatement, it was perfection. The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed, and plenty more for the kids. There was board games, crafts for the kids, coloring books, just in case of a rainy day. We had an amazing time spending our days swimming in the river, fishing, and going in to town for the flea market on Thursdays. It was a great experience and I look forward to staying here again.

Great family vacation
The property is beautiful and was so lovely to stay at. There were a few minor things that needed to be brought to the owners attention but nothing that affected our stay too much and was more just letting them know of general maintenance. It was so quiet and serene. I thought our kids might get bored but there was an entire closet filled with toys and a dresser we discovered later that had clay, paint, coloring books and even jewelry making kits. The only issue I had with the place was that it had everything and I wish I'd known that so we could have packed lighter. That's all. There's not much reception so plan for that. The town is really close so the grocery store wasn't far for food. We loved going to the waterfalls near by. Definitely recommend for a quiet stay or even for a family trip.

Nice
Clean, well-kept, well-furnished and exactly as advertised. Beautiful riverfront location. With dams and narrows and shallows, I’m not exactly sure how navigable that stretch of river is, but we just went up to one of the nearby reservoirs for our “day on the water” and had a great time. The home is tucked into a neighborhood of other homes so it’s not a remote feeling, but it’s definitely a peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful, comfortable location
We loved spending the week here. It made a great home base to explore the many area waterfalls. It was quiet and comfortable and the view from the home and sitting on the deck were spectacular! So close to the conveniences of town, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Loved watching the birds, especially all of the orioles. We would love to stay here again someday.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it. We will definitely be back! We fished right off the dock and also launched our kayaks off the dock. It's very peaceful and a great place to decompress. The cabin is very clean and has everything you could ever need. The location is great.

Very nice accommodations! Everything you could need in the kitchen, the rooms are spread out, and the yard and shoreline were gorgeous! Only downfall was there is no central AC, but a lot of fans.. would still def come back in the fall!

Beautiful Cabin and Location
The cabin is well appointed and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our party. We arrived on a very hot day and immediately jumped in the water. By evening, the loons were calling - so lovely. We saw eagles otters tons of birds. We potoon’d at nearby Pops Resort. Caught some fish cropped small mouth bass on high falls flow age. The layout of the cabin is great and much larger than we expected - good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding (and I’m picky!) 2 nice bathrooms and large dining table. They even supplied beach towels and firewood. Super fun stay and would highly recommend.

My wife and I have done our share of vacation renting, and what stood out most about Loon’s Landing was the hosts realization that people bring stuff with them. There is so much storage space in this clean and homey riverside getaway — cupboards in the kitchen, an empty refrigerator and empty closets in virtually every.

Feels like home, but better
My family and I needed to get away and recharge. The minute we walked in the door, we felt like we were "home", but it was way better. We felt extremely comfortable... it was clean, well appointed with most everything you could need and the property was in a great quiet spot. We are extremely happy with our stay and didn't want to leave. Would love to visit again!

The cabin was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the backyard with the fire pit. Tons of fun fishing off the dock, and our kids even loved jumping in!

Great house. Great Location. Lousy fishing :(
We had a wonderful four days here. The house was great as was the setting. Well appointed kitchen, which was much appreciated and a well stocked pile of wood for the fire pit. Bedrooms were great and we had a wonderful time. Only downside was the fishing was non-existent. Over our whole trip I never saw a fish rise, never saw a fish leave a wake, never spooked a fish while paddling, never saw a sign of an adult fish! Noticed that there was not a single downed tree, or any cover, anywhere in the water. I wonder if there was a big "snag-and-drag" done to remove all the woody debris and fish habitat? Still the kids caught little yearling sunfish on worms and had fun. No need to bring a rod to catch adult fish though...bc they're not there. Other wildlife we saw was really awesome though. Mature and immature bald eagles, a family of loons were always around, three river otters played on the opposite shore, and the loud "Quorks" of ravens were all welcome sounds and sights.
