”Was going for a week of kayak fishing with a pal of mine and found this little place stay. It’s a great location being just 5 min from town just in case ya forgot something. The place was quiet, privite, clean and comfortable, everything you need when looking for comfort. I will be looking forward to coming here again.”

”We wanted a short getaway that would accept the dogs. This was perfect. Very dog friendly spot and area. Close to Lake Superior, Porcupine Mountains, and Lake of the Clouds. Modest house, homey. Very well stocked kitchen and bath. White Pine MI is a very small community without many services, which is why I didn't rate location as excellent. But, we came prepared with what we needed and enjoyed our stay. ”

”Totally vintage 1940’s Northern Wisc cottage. Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Loved the screened in front porch. Convenient dock to park your boat. Adequate kitchen and bathroom for the size of the cottage. 2 bedrooms small but functional. We will be back. ”

”We had a wonderful stay. The pictures are spot on. The cottage is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with all of your kitchenware and paper products needs. Communication with the owner is prompt. The pier is sturdy, has tie offs, and bumper fenders. ”

”This property is very relaxing and homey. It was perfor the 5 of us that stayed. There were so many beautiful waterfalls around the area, and not far from Lake Superior! Sitting out back by the pond listing to the frogs and watching the dragon flies was actually relaxing. We even saw a mother and baby deer a few days come to the pond! We loved our stay and would love to go back and experience it in the fall.”

”The cabin was clean and simple and perfect. There was nothing fancy and it was exactly what we needed for a weekend to unplug and just relax. We will definitely go back, maybe stay for a full week next time! The only drawback back is that the sheets were scratchy. I’m picky about sheets though and my husband said they were fine.”
