Wapato Pointin paratiisipiste

Nauti ylellisestä järvenrannasta tässä modernissa kuuden makuuhuoneen vuokrauksessa, joka sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä Chelan-järveä. Tässä päivitetyssä kodissa on tilaa 12 vieraalle (10 aikuista), oma poreallas, useita uima-altaita ja jopa oma veneenne kiinnityspoiju.

Sijaitsee asuinalueella Wapato Pointissa, nautit rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta lomasi aikana. Chelan-järvi tunnetaan vapaa-ajan aktiviteeteistaan, kuten retkeily, pyöräily, veneily, uinti ja vesihiihto. Lähistöllä Manson ja Chelanin kaupunki, vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä, tarjoavat runsaasti ruokailu-, ostos- ja viihdemahdollisuuksia.

Moderni ja vieraanvarainen, tässä kodissa on päivitetyt mukavuudet. Olohuoneessa on taulu-TV, kun taas perhehuoneessa on ylimääräinen TV. Sekä kaapelilla että DVD-soittimella vaikein asia, jonka sinun täytyy päättää, on mitä katsoa! Olohuoneessa oleva ikkunaistuin on viihtyisä paikka käpertyä kirjan kanssa.

Täydessä keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset heittääkseen herkullisen kotitekoisen aterian. Puinen ruokapöytä on asetettu kahdeksalle, vaikka aamiaisbaarissa on epävirallisia istumapaikkoja kahdelle. Nauti aterioista ulkosalla kannella tai pidä kesäinen BBQ-kaasugrilli.

Nuku mukavasti tässä tilavassa kodissa! Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa parisängyt, tekevät vuokrauksesta täydellisen suurelle ystäväryhmälle tai monen sukupolven perheelle. Kolmannessa huoneessa on kuningas, neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on sekä kuningatar että kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja viidennessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi mukavaa kuningatara. Viimeisessä makuuhuoneessa on parivuode. Kaiken kaikkiaan tässä kodissa on kuusi makuuhuonetta, kaksi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta, ja siihen mahtuu 14 vierasta.

Vaikka sijainti on uskomaton ja sisustus on kaunista, mukavuudet ovat todella kirsikka päällä! Siellä on biljardipöytä, oma kylpytynnyri, langaton Internet ja pääsy useisiin uima-altaisiin. Oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat käytettävissäsi. Tuo veneesi, koska tällä kodilla on oma kiinnityspoijunsa.

Chelanin laakso tunnetaan rieslingistä ja pinto noirista. Vietä iltapäivä maistellen retkiä yli 20 eri viinitilan lähellä. Wapato Point -hotellissa on perheystävällinen hiekkaranta. Lake Chelanin kunnan golfkenttä on vain kahdeksan mailin päässä, joten golfaajien tulisi muistaa pakata seuransa!

Family vacation
A great location at Wapato Point and home that could accommodate our family of 11 adults children under 3 yrs. There were a few ‘functional’ problems that should be addressed: wall oven was not working and we called customer service az soon as checked in. They responded to call and put a ‘work order in’ but we did not hear back in the 5 days we were there. Fortunately there is a stove with working oven however it only has 2 settings—350 or 375. Great property and location
We loved the house. 8 teen girls for a girl scout troop celebration. Our only complaints were that the downstairs was so cold we could not hang out down there (I am not exaggerating- it was an ice box from the air conditioning) and the jacuzzi jets did not work.

Nice big house, only 5 dining chairs. Cleaning crew should be fired - bedding not fresh in at least two bedrooms with items left under sheets, old pieces of soap in bathroom, empty cans, sticky cabinet handles, greasy dining table. Dryer does not work well.

Great for active families
Wapato Point is an amazing location. This home fit our needs perfectly. With 12 of us (6 parents/grandparents) and 6 children/grandchildren ages 13-22 we had lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the fact that there were 6 bedrooms - 3 upstairs (used by the parents/grandparents) and 3 downstairs for the grandkids. The downstairs area also included a small kitchen with fridge and a pool table and large TV and couch. The upstairs kitchen was very well stocked for our family that loves to cook. This is also a great location for taking walks, and just a block away from one of the several pools and the lake. We were on the go most of the time with the available activities including boating, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, biking, mini-golf, volleyball and on and on. We plan to go back on our next family vacation.

Great for large families with kids
The house accommodated our large family including kids and a toddler very well. Highlights included lounging in the comfy patio furniture and dining al fresco on the deck with views of the lake as well as the close proximity to the beach park and heated pool (both a short walk). The only negatives were the poorly functioning stove and oven, uncomfortable master bed and an unstable/unusable twin bed (the boat shaped trundle bed). That said, I would stay here again.

Great Location
We had a great view and lots of room. From the pictures online i was under the impression it was updated more than just the living room, kitchen and master bath. Overall the house was not clean to what we expected for the price. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and towels after finding hairs and blood on most the bedding. The mattresses were for the most part terrible. I would probably look for a different rental next visit.

Wapato House Rental
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views and trails for walks. We were however disappointed in the Wapato Point amenities that we were expecting. We have been there many times during this week of the year and have enjoyed purchasing a sports pass which allows us access to canoes, kayaks, mini golf, etc. Unfortunately they had almost nothing available to us. The tennis courts were also locked for refinishing. Family activities such as these were a big reason for our stay and we were disappointed to have not been made aware of these closures before our stay.

Fantastic Family Home
We stay at vacation rentals every year as an extended family. This was by far the best we've ever had. The setup is excellent for hanging out and cooking. The downstairs was great for the older kids to have their space and watch tv and hang out. The view and neighborhood was fantastic. Would for sure stay here again.

We liked the property. Disappointed ice maker overworking so you couldn't use upstairs Freezer
we could not use that freezer. There were cobwebs in the downstairs bedrooms dirty broom and broken waist pan. remote missing for main downstairs. However we have booked this unit for next year. We did have fun

Good Family Vacation House
Wapeto Point is a summer vacation paradise & this property is large enough for multiple families. Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms and the lower level has 3 bedrooms which are great for younger families with children. The lower level bathroom needs new flooring & it’s definitely a rental house, but overall it’s well stocked and the location to the lake and beach is worth it!

I would say this house was not the cleanest. The bedspreads had stains and the floors with coming up and they had pillows that she'd everywhere! BUT the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the house was well stocked with everything you need. All you need to bring is food and clothes. So I would definitely stay here again, just know it's a rental and seems to be treated like a rental by others and borders on being a little run down.

Great - not great. A little janky.
The layout of the house is perfect. We were multi-families with little ones and the bedroom/common place layout was very conducive to late-nighters and early-risers. The house was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. The house needs some major repairs and upgrades not just for comfort but for functionality. There was a toilet off it's seal letting in sewer gas; a transition strip missing with nails popping through; dryer was broken; sliding door locks were broken; tub drain clogged, etc. Just needed major TLC. Vacasa was in charge of the property management and, unfortunately, failed. I requested a couple of items (that should have been stocked in the house), two days in a row, and we never received them. The cleaning was a disaster (and this is during #Covid) - cobwebs everywhere; paddle fun covered in dust; MULTIPLE items left from previous visitors... things that just made me doubt how thoroughly the house was cleaned. I'm unsure the depth the Vacasa cleaning crew is hired to do, but the house needed some extra attention. If the house was cleaner and the functional problems were fixed, we would stay there again. The layout is amazing for families, we were close to the beach and pool. It's unfortunate there were a few things that made our stay not very pleasant.

Great for our families
Great space and size for our large group. However, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house/property. Especially, since I received a message saying how it was cleaned extra for covid. Dust/spider/webs/dirty floors! But the space and rooms were perfect size and you can’t beat the wapato location! Really did love the house just wish it could of been cleaner. Lots of kitchen supplies!

Fantastic getaway for large family recreation.
This home is located right on Wapato point. There is a stunning view of Lake Chelan, and plenty to do for all ages. The private hot tub is a great way to unwind, and it's right outside the door.
