No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y no cambiaron toallas, las mismas toallas mojadas se quedaron Mate una araña así se quedó y los vasos que tenía no los recogieron Hay un vecino que desde las 6 am todos los días la música a todo volumen y música de banda muy desagradable, la dueña me dijo que ya había puesto una demanda Pague demasiado por lo que fue mi estancia

Nos pareció caro para lo que ofrecían. Para iniciar con las reservaciones de este tipo creo que este alojamiento no está haciendo buen trabajo. Lo malo: cuando intenté llamar al administrador para avisar que llegaríamos tarde JAMAS respondió, nos dieron otro tipo de habitación al que habíamos reservado y solo respondieron "quéjense con los de booking", el asiento del inodoro estaba roto, la zona alrededor del lugar es muy fea, el servicio de desayuno es lento y el pan muy duro. Lo bueno: los cuartos son parecidos a los cuartos de Malinalco, esta bien decorados, el hotel tiene mucha vegetación y frutas exóticas de la región.
