Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause some daytime noise. However, the comfort and quality of your stay remain our top priority.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.
2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.
4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.
5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.
6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
