”We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was large enough for us to spend time together and to have personal space. Our host was extremely responsive to our communication and kind in her feedback. The s'mores fixings were a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family and would also return myself. Probably when the weather is better so we can enjoy outdoor activities.”

”Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. Quick response for when we needed help getting into the house. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue is it took us 15 minutes to find the house when we selected the address from Vrbo to Apple Maps it put us a street down. No big deal including when it’s not a property owner issue. ”The pictures do not do this place justice. The yard is huge, well secured and high enough I didn't have to worry about my 93 pound Labrador jumping over it. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive. The area is perfect for taking in lake activities at Pymatuning or quick trip to Lake Erie. If you like to thrift, lots of options close by. ”

”We enjoyed a nice weekend at the cottage. The house was perfect for a mini getaway with family. Very cute decor. It was close to the tubing lodge, arcade and other fun things to do with the kids. We enjoyed board games in the evening and made many fond new memories. The local coffee bean house was delicious for breakfast and we had a great dinner at skunk and goat. ”We love this cottage for our 8 friends. It has a view of Edinboro Lake and much light from all the windows. It is all one floor which makes it easy to get around.The kitchen/dining area is conducive to gathering and the openess of the layout makes it easy to see everyone and get around.Last year we suggested to the owner that the chairs around the kitchen table could be a bit more secure and tightened, which he did for us this year. They were also recovered.The only complaint we had this year...

”My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...
