”Very nice, clean rooms. Reception was very good and helpful.”

”I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. ”

”Very clean, cute lobby and bar, beautiful views!!! We can win the winter and felt that the indoor pool was not as clean as it could have been. ”

”The rooms are ok, need to do better at cleaning them, we had used bars of soap left in our bathroom and the vents were covered in dust. Beds were comfortable, the staff was limited. When we went to the desk for anything we had to wait quite a while for somebody to get there. The best part is the bar/restaurant very good food and service! Will stay there again because of that. ”

”Nice new clean hotel. Check in gave us a nice large suite. Only complaint is the sound proofing is not too good. We could clearly hear anyone walking by, our neighbours, and the elevator noises. ”
