”Our group had a wonderful time during our stay. The cabin feels very private and is nestled right in the middle of a beautiful aspen grove. It was a great place to relax in nature over the holiday weekend. We spotted plenty of wildlife: moose, deer, owls, without even needing to leave the house! Would recommend to anyone looking for an escape to nature. ”

”Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch!”

”Purpose of our stay was the Meeker Sheepdog Trials. Our location was perfect, the cleanliness of our cabin was perfect, the amenities in the cabin were perfect. My daughter and I were overjoyed with the entire experience. We hope to return for the 2025 trials. Many thanks to this unique and perfect facility.”

From the fireplace and sitting place right outside on the Patio to the cabins aesthetics. We had the very best time away here and feel rested. We will be back to stay again in the future! ”

”The cabin was among very tall pine trees with a picturesque lake behind it. Sitting on the deck was very relaxing. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen had everything you would need. Pot, pans, glasses, coffee cups, spices. Actually the best supplied VRBO I have stayed at and we have rented houses for 25 people that weren’t as well stocked. Short distance to Leadville was nice. The view on the drive is nice. Not to mention access to twin lakes and the beautiful drive on Independence Pass on...

”Flew in for the race. Could not have been a better stay from a convenience standpoint. Quiet, clean, well equipped with things like coffee filters (not always the case and so appreciated). The only hiccup was finding the exact cabin. There are 5 separate units- wasn’t sure which one (no reception to check). But our phone call was answered promptly. ”
