”Great little condo a few blocks off South Congress Street. Loved the Austin themed decorations. Very comfortable and very clean. Lots to do and see nearby. Highly recommend!”

”Great location to walk to downtown and of course Rainey street. Gorgeous views from the condo and enjoyed the sunset from rooftop pool. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money! Only comment on improvement is to have some more basics in the condo, like a saucepan and pan, teas, lotion, etc.. Note also that no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask. Would def return! ”

”I bought a 2 night stay as a gift for my parents. They had no trouble following the directions and instructions sent over and have continued to thank us for the relaxing, peaceful time they had in the townhouse.Thet spent lots of time out on the balcony, but also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Thank you for providing my parents with a great getaway vacation.”

”This was adorable. The parking is gated and only accessible with a code so that is nice because this is in the middle of DT Austin and right next to a skate park. That would be the only reason for the 4 stars, it didn’t bother me as much but it was loud as both nights people were screaming at each other At the skate park which you can hear when sitting on the porch. The house was clean and we loved the washer and dryer being connected to the bathroom. DoorDash delivered everything but also...

”The unit was perfect for me to attend a conference at the Austin Convention Center. It looks like the pictures: large kitchen, living room and dining all in one. Two bedrooms that were both good sized and both had great bathrooms. One with a huge shower and one with a large tub/shower combo. It is in an area that is being revitalized and that means some new, cool restaurants and bars, and a large food truck area really close on Rainey Street. It is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center, but...

”We were here for a conference downtown and this was the perfect place for us! Location was amazing…super close to everything great in Austin. The place was super clean and had everything you could need. You can tell a lot of thought went in to making this feel like a home away from home. ”

”An amazing property that 4 couples had a great time at! Close to everything, walking distance to tons of restaurants and night life. Homeless situation was real, but we left through the garage mostly to go through the alley and avoid. Bring a white noise machine to block out street noise. We had so much fun hanging out at the house that we didn't even want to go out! Hot tub was inoperable due to a "part that was on order", but looked like it had not been working in months.”
