THE COZY COTTAGE, A Great place to hang your hat.

This Beautiful Cozy cottage is located in the small town of Post City Texas. Located a few blocks from downtown and walking distance to a local United Grocery store. The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave
The space
The cottage has a front porch to set on and relax at the end of the day, It also has a fenced in back yard with a small laundry building with washer and drier.
It has a coffee maker and I also supply shampoo and soap for bathroom.
Other things to note
The Cozy Cottage is walking distance to a United Grocery store and only 2 blocks from the Post downtown shopping area.
Fisherman and Hunters are welcome to stay at my Cozy Cottage, only a few miles from White River Lake and Lake Allen Henry where you can find great outdoor fun.
Lots of Wonderful gift stores in our little town and a Great Drive in, with car hops, and Georges Restaurants with wonderful, tasty foods you just can't beat it.

The owner kept in touch with us. We arrived at 10 p.m. with our puppy after 11 hour drive - what a relief to find the house so cute and cozy inside to soothe our anxiety and fatigue from a long trip to an unknown city. Stopped at the Cozy Cottage with my husband and small dogs on our way from San Antonio to Denver for a night. This was the perfect place to rest and get a good night sleep before hitting the road again. The host messaged me right away after booking and provided amenities such as coffee, tea, spices, soap, and even a thank you note. This place is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Probably my favorite VRBO I’ve stayed in for a very reasonable price. There is even a dog bed and a fully enclosed backyard for my dogs to enjoy. Loved my stay in this little town.

Great little place to stay
But little is right. The place was clean and easy access off the HWY 84. There is no living room sitting area. But the front porch is nice and the backyard has sitting. The bed was pretty soft. The kitchen was stocked with needed stuff to fix an easy meal. Better and easier than a Hotel. I'd stay there again.

The cozy cottage is an awesome place to stay. It’s clean, has a very comfortable bed, and a sunny backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, even on the weekend. You can walk to any of the shops in town. Host is very kind and quick to respond to anything you need. I’d definitely stay again.

The Cozy Cottage was our Answer!
The “Cozy Cottage” did not disappoint. It was super clean and comfortable. The place is very well decorated which added a nice charm to our stay. The only minor complaint is the tight entrance into the shower. Other than that, the place is worth the stay. Theresa, the host, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She even gave us a gift basket with lotions, soaps and a candle. Post is a small town with limited quality hotels but the “Cozy Cottage” was our answer.
