”Lovely to see a proper village pub so busy on a couple of weekday nights in Mid-January. And quite rightly so - friendly staff, friendly locals and friendly guests. Breakfasts were great, dinners delicious and very reasonably priced (wife said the Rib-eye steak was the best 'pub steak' shed ever had and my chicken goujons were fantastic. ”

”Lovely place with really helpful staff and good food. We stayed ofernight to meet friends and celebrate a birthday. Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced and breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. There is a good choice of food on the dinner menu. The rooms were good for the price and breakfast was included.
