”We stay for 2 days and the location is good. Parking is behind the building at NY prices but its nice to have the car right behind the building. The apartmenta needs a little bit of maintenance and the TV was broken when we checked in. ”

”My family and I had a great time in this home. Centrally located to amazing food from all over the world. and close to all the New York must sees. Host was very responsive, check in was smooth and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. ”

”My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.”

”Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it. ”

”My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of little Italy. You walk out the door and it is food and activity and shops and so fun. The apartment is very clean, sunny and very nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The bedrooms were a little noisy because they’re right on a busy street but nothing overwhelming. Highly recommend this place for your trip to New York City! ”

”The space matched exactly to the pictures … expectations met! We are a family of 5 & we really were only in the apartment to sleep … very comfortable! We’d definitely stay again as this place fit our budget, very convenient to public transportation, grocery store on the corner, etc. our host was very helpful… so much so he stopped over with an additional comforter when we needed 1 more for the futon. Just to be in the know, kitchen supplies are light of you intend to cook. We just used it...

”Great place to stay - good central location. Walkable to a lot / good access to subway. Should be flagged that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - only stairs. Not an issue, but definitely something to consider if you are traveling with many/heavy bags, or are someone who needs accessibility accommodations. Overall great stay!”

”I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. The second bedroom faces an alley and is completely quiet and peaceful at all times. There is only a radiator to heat the apartment, which is controlled by the building manager. ”This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. ”

”This property is in the heart of the West village on a quiet street. The apartment is large for a one bedroom apartment in New York City and was plenty spacious for three adults. The bedding was comfortable and warm. We would definitely stay here again!”
