”Property manager (not the owner) sent erroneous check-in information which was a bad way to start the vacation, but after getting that straightened out, all else was more than satisfactory. Property owner checked in during our stay to ensure all was okay. The beach house itself is laid out nicely, with one queen on the main level, one king upstairs and an upstairs bedroom with bunk beds. There is a large deck, with plenty of seating. ”Our first whole family vacation. It was perfect. House is perfect for our family. Six bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen and living area were ample size. We had 16 in our group, babies to old folks, could have easily slept several more with bunks and couches. Each bedroom had tv and kitchen was well equipped. Kate was easy to work with. Pool was such a plus too. Beach is so close. We were able to park 5/6 cars with no problem. Would stay here again!”
