”Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. ”

”First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. ”The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent - the best was freshly made, warm hard boiled eggs. Otherwise, okay selection featuring biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, breads, muffins, fresh waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee. There are two floors with outside stairs, no elevator. The room smelled a little musty, but that may have been because they were just coming out of the winter season.”
