Tyylikäs Notting Hill -huoneisto, jossa voi nukkua 4 henkilöä

Lähellä Westbourne Groveta sijaitseva kiinteistö on upea hiljattain kunnostettu studio-asunto Notting Hillin sydämessä.

Asunto on vain muutaman metrin päässä paljon hyviä paikallisia ravintoloita ja supermarketteja samalla kun se sijaitsee rauhallisella tiellä.

Liikkuminen täältä Lontoon on helppoa. Se on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä 3 metroasemalta, ja monet bussit pysähtyvät lähellä.

Hyde Park on vain reipas 10 minuutin kävelymatka

Täydellinen jopa 4 hengelle, se on hyvin suunniteltu hyödyntämään tilaa king-size-parivuode ja erittäin mukava, helppo käyttää king-size-vuodesohva.

Siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja aamiaisbaari.

Keittiössä on modernit huippuluokan kodinkoneet, kuten astianpesukone, liesituuletin, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, grilli / uuni ja induktioliesi. Se sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset, huippuluokan ruokailuvälineet, astiat ja lasitavara.

Sohvapöytä muuttuu ruokapöydäksi, jossa on tilaa 4 hengelle.

Perfect for a stay in London
The studio is great. Comes with anything you could ever need and is new and beautiful. Really close to two different underground stations connecting to three different lines and there's many supermarkets and different places to eat just around the corner. David was easy to communicate with and took care of everything we needed. We had a great stay here!

Cute Little Gem
If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay
This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

David was an excellent host. Commutation with him was top-notch. Really nice flat. Very open layout. The heated floors were fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops for whatever you needed. Very safe as well if you just wanted to stroll around. Tube was only 5 minutes away. There were always buses and taxis all around if you wanted to take them.

I stayed here with my husband and one year old. David was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and provided a pack n play crib for our child. The apartment is in a great location, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, public transit are all within walking distance. We enjoyed our time here.

Perfect for a short trip in London
Very good localisation , easy to take the buses or underground ! Lots of stores/ restaurants/ bakeries in the neighborhood. Good instructions , the flat is perfect for three people, a little bit cold since it’s in the ground floor but we didn’t try to heat so i guess it’s possible to warm it up. We enjoyed the presence of electricity « adaptators » thank you !

We were very comfortable here. The bed was not a king size via U.S. standards, but very comfortable. No problem sleeping. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to tube stations, grocers, and resturants. Would stay here again.

A perfect spot in London
This basement flat provided the perfect base for a few days in London. The location was perfect with many sights, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a tube station (Bayswater) nearby for those destinations that were a little further. The flat was much bigger than I expected with plenty of space for two of us. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including fast WiFi. David was an excellent host. He communicated clearly and quickly and was always informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in London.

A rocky start
There was a miscommunication at the start. We arrived and the flat had not been cleaned. Fan was broken, Fridge did not work and shower flooded. When cleaner arrived she was empathic and did a great and efficient job in getting the apartment ready. We bought new fan which host refunded us for, and during our stay the fridge did not work and we continued to buy ice twice a day to keep food cold. Definitely need fan in summer for this apartment to feel pleasant as it is in a basement

Great London Flat
This studio apartment worked perfectly for us. It is in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. It is a little tricky getting large bags up and down the stairs but definitely doable. We were here for 5 nights and had plenty of space to unpack and was able to do laundry before moving on to Paris. The shower is somewhat small but it was nice to have a stand up shower to use. The studio was well equipped and the owner very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in London
We had a wonderful stay in London. The flat is in a excellent position, from which it’s possible to reach everything you want: restaurants, pubs and shops . Buses and tubes are also very close ! The owner has provided the flat with WiFi and with a flat screen tv, which is really fine to have! The instructions to get the keys are very easy. Hope to visit London soon again and to stay in that nice flat!
