”…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in...

”It was a wonderful weekend with friends! The view was spectacular and it was great sitting with a cup of coffee looking at the lake. The hot tub and game room were well used and shared with lots of laughter. The house was spacious and clean. We look forward to booking it again!!”

”We all had a wonderful stay at the home across a long weekend. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen has plenty of space for many people to cook. Living room comfortably fit 12-18 people and the temperature was comfortable.Only thing to note was the piano was fairly out of tune and the trundle pull out was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was clean.”

”Nice house. Second time we’ve stayed there (12/20). Easy access to wineries. Plenty of room for ten adults. Amenities were good. We would stay there again.One negative; there were some ants in the kitchen on a counter and on the floor. Not a lot, but noticeable. ”

”We picked this place as it had 2 rooms with king beds, for our 2 couples plus it was dog friendly. The owners left a dog bed for our pup to sleep in. The house is beautifully renovated. We did struggle with a lady bug problem in the family room but I think it was due to the temps and being an old house. The location is perfect along the Keuka outlet trail. We arrived at night and I wish the house was a little better lit as the property is fairly remote”

”This is house is nice on the main floor. The lower floor indeed had a musty smell. We were going to use both floors but did not end up using the lower floor. The musty smell was bothersome. We tried to open the windows but either they were labeled to not be opened up or they did not work. I think if your were able to open the windows that would help. The main floor was well stocked for cooking and the deck and inside seating was great. The beds were comfortable. ”
