”We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english”

”This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. ”First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!”

”The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”

”I felt disappointed when I step into the unit The whole unit was smelly and poor standard of the cleanliness as well as the Water heater was not working.Alot of cockroach was found on both kitchen area and toilet. ”

”The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. ”

Kiva hotelli keskellä ei mitään.

"Hotelli oli vanhahko, mutta kaikin puolin siisti. Huone oli rempattu jossain vaiheessa ja oli siisti, terassi tosin oli hieman kärsinyt kosteudesta. Henkilökunta jopa hieman ärsyttävän ystävällistä ja huone hinkattiin kahteen kertaan joka päivä. Aamiainen olin varsin monipuolinen, mutta iltaruokailu oli varsin ylihinnoiteltua, joten hinta laatu suhde melko huono. Muita ruokaloita, kun lähistöllä ei ole. Alue on siis varsin eristetty muusta maailmasta, joten aktiviteetit on aika vähissä. "
